1.- Orientation Service by videoconference

In Be International Students we offer you to have a videoconference with us to talk about your accommodation and to guide you about the procedures, formalities and everything you will need to come to study in Spain.

We will send you an email with a link through which we will contact you:

– Select your time for our meeting

– Fill out a form so that our consultants can prepare our interview.

– We connect at the selected time to get to know each other and open a personal communication channel to attend and solve all your needs and welcome you.

You can invite to the videoconference whoever you want.

 

2.- eSIM or SIM Card

2.1.- eSIM

Communication nowadays is vital, so Be International Students offers you the innovative offer of the eSIM of the operator Vodafone so that you are connected and communicated from the moment you arrive in the city.

*You must have an eSIM compatible device.

For renewal, after the end of your contract period, you must give us at least 15 days notice to keep your number. We will send you a notice!Once the payment is done, we will contact you to send you the QR to activate your eSIM. WIFI is required to download the eSIM.

2.2.- SIM Card

Communication nowadays is vital, so we offer you a prepaid SIM card of the company VODAFONE so that you are connected and communicated from the moment you arrive in the city.

* It is necessary to have your phone unlocked.

** Includes one month of use.

*** Not valid for phones with eSIM.

3.- Transport Card

Public transport is the best option when moving around the city and with the transport pass you can use all means of public transport in Madrid and Barcelona.

Benefits: Card ready to be used from the first day (the price is for the card, does not include the monthly fee).

*In order to have your transport pass card when you arrive to the city, it is necessary to purchase it at least 15 working days in advance to avoid delays in the delivery.

 

 4.- Legal Procedures. Visa+TIE / NIE

4.1.- Visa at Origin + TIE Processing for Non EU Students

If you are a citizen from outside the European Union (EU), and you are coming to Spain with an admission in an authorized study center for more than 6 months, you will need the processing of the Visa in origin and TIE. Processing your visa in origin requires the presentation of the required documentation in an appointment at the Spanish consulate in your country and then the processing, in Spain within the first month of your arrival, of your Foreigner Identification Card (TIE – only processed for stays of more than 6 months).

If you have arrived in Spain as a tourist and you have not been granted a student visa, you will need to apply for a Study Permit and TIE. You will need to apply for your visa (stay for studies) in Spain and then apply for your Foreigner Identification Card (TIE).

The Visa can be requested for official studies as well as for research or training activities, participation in student mobility programs, non-work internships or volunteer services.

With Be International Students’ Visa in Origin and TIE processing service, we help you with the documentation, paperwork, appointments and assist you throughout the process. You will have to apply for the visa before your arrival in Spain, and once you have obtained the visa you can start applying for the TIE within the first 30 days after your arrival.

The service includes processing of  Visa at origin, assisted from Spain with appointment request by our lawyers at the consulate of your country + obtaining the TIE, once in Spain, with obtaining the first appointment for fingerprinting and the appointment to collect the TIE after fingerprinting, in addition to the review of documents and preparation of forms and fees. It also includes telephone assistance with immigration during the appointments (if there are any problematic cases the accompaniment is in person).

In the event that you do not arrive in time to obtain your Visa in origin, in your country, do not worry! You always have the possibility of arriving in Spain as a tourist and apply for the equivalent of the visa in origin in destination, in Spain, called Permiso de Estancia por Estudios, in the first 60 days after your arrival. They will require the same documentation as in the consulate of Spain in origin but translated and apostilled/legalized. If this is the case, the service has a supplement of 90 €. We submit the revised documentation to the immigration office in Spain and once granted, we begin the process of obtaining the TIE with the entire process of obtaining appointments for fingerprinting and collection of the TIE, reviewing the documentation at all times to ensure success.

  • Arrangement of the appointment for fingerprinting at the police to obtain the TIE. (Unjustified non-attendance at the appointment will require an extra payment of 50€ for the rescheduling of a new appointment).
  • Review of documents for the TIE and preparation of forms and fees/taxes**.
  • Immediate assistance by telephone during the appointments in foreigners in Spain.

Once the payment has been made, we will contact you by email to start the process.

* Not all consulates allow appointments to be made by persons other than the person concerned. In these cases, the interested party will be informed.

**Taxes and fees for obtaining the visa at origin are not included (they are paid at the consulate). The official fees for obtaining the TIE are included in the price.

The price includes VAT – 21%.

Important! Before starting the purchase: In the Check Out process we will ask you to upload the following documentation:

• • Passport: copy of the data sheet (the one with the photograph). For Visa in origin.
  • Passport-type photo for transport card.
  • Enrollment of the study center (admission letter).

In the subsequent process, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• • Health insurance with no co-payments or deductibles and with repatriation expenses. If you don’t have it, you can contract it here under the most advantageous conditions.
  • Proof of availability of financial means (we will indicate amounts, documents and ways to present them).
  • Criminal record certificate proving that you have no criminal record in the last 5 years. The document must be apostilled/legalized.
  • Medical certificate certifying that the applicant does not suffer from diseases that may have serious repercussions for public health in accordance with the International Health Regulations of 2005. The document must be apostilled/legalized.
  • All documents must be translated into Spanish and, if necessary, notarised, legalised or apostilled (we will make the relevant observations according to your case).

 

4.2.- NIE Processing for EU Students.

If you are a citizen of the European Union or have dual nationality, one of them European, and you come to study or do an internship, to live or work in Spain you will need to process the NIE (EU Registration Certificate).

With the NIE processing service of Be International Students we help you with the paperwork, the appointments and we will assist you during the whole process of your NIE process. You have 90 days from your arrival in Spain to apply for your EU Registration Certificate (NIE).

The service includes information on documentation to be provided and how to get it, appointment request and document review and preparation of forms and fees*; as well as accompaniment during the appointment in person or telephone assistance (depending on the case).

On the day of the appointment, the applicant must bring proof of financial means, medical insurance or European Health Insurance Card and proof of acceptance or enrollment in the study center.

Subsequently we will ask you, to complete the process, the following documentation:

• • Proof of financial means (We provide a completed document).
  • European health card or health insurance with no co-payments and no deductibles and with repatriation expenses. We recommend the hiring of health insurance for the immediacy in appointments, medical consultations in different languages and on-line application. If you don’t have it, contract it here in the most advantageous conditions.

Taxes/fees are included in the price.

The price includes VAT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be International Students offers an advisory and support service in the procedures. The success of the positive resolution of the procedures will be subject to veracity, and the correct presentation in deadlines of the documentation to be provided to the different resolution levels. No refunds will be made if the documentation provided does not meet the requirements requested by our lawyers for the presentation of the procedures in the different entities and institutions.
